ATTORNEY'S FEES
I handle personal injury cases on a contingency fee basis, which means that I collect a fee only if your case results in a favorable settlement or verdict. Non-personal injury matters are handled by a separate agreement, based on the anticipated work necessary to resolve the case on an hourly basis agreed to in advance. All fee contracts are in writing.
