ABOUT MY FIRM

My goal is to provide you with effective, competent legal representation and at the same time treat you the client, as I would like to be treated if the roles were reversed. I return your phone calls and send you copies of all pleadings and correspondence, so you, the client, are kept informed of what is happening in your case. My staff has been with me for many years and are likewise committed to you as a client. The concentration of my practice is in civil litigation, both state and federal, but I also provide legal services in real estate, probate, business, and family law. I want to put my 35 years of legal experience to work for you.

MY STAFF TO ASSIST YOU

Nell Allen is our receptionist and works in the areas of Real Estate, Creditor Bankruptcy, Business Organizations, Probate, Wills and Contracts. She has been with our office for 23 years.

Glynda Spinks is our family law legal assistant and has worked directly with our clients for 17 years.

Kim Burns is our paralegal and responsible for our civil litigation for the past 7 years.

Patsy Boss is responsible for billing and our office finances for the past 15 years.
